The Steelers are a franchise built around culture. And there's no better player to help set that tone than star linebacker TJ Watt.

Watt, a Wisconsin alum, has only spent a few short hours with new Steelers linebacker and former Wisconsin star Nick Herbig - but that time has impacted his game "tremendously."

Now they are on the same team.

Their relationship all started when TJ Watt liked a tweet of Herbig's. Before long, they were communicating frequently on social media, and Watt was teaching Herbig the ropes, through DM's. Isn't life crazy in 2023?
